You will be expected to write engaging social media posts that resonate with our audience, record and edit high-quality videos, manage our social media channels using the latest strategies, engage with potential clients and brands, and track social media metrics to measure campaign success. Additionally, you will utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and audience engagement. This role is not just about managing social media; it’s about contributing to the long-term success of Brainlabs by increasing our followers and engagement, making Brainlabs famous as a high-performance media agency, and ultimately driving new leads for the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Write compelling social media posts that resonate with our audience and showcase our brand voice.
  • Record, edit, and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms.
  • Manage our social media channels using the latest strategies and tactics.
  • Engage with Brainlabs' potential clients and the world's largest brands to foster brand loyalty.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize the latest AI tools to enhance content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts.
  • Proficiency in recording, editing, and producing videos for social media.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Familiarity with AI tools that can be used in content creation and social media management.
  • A self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work closely with the CMO and CEO to align social media strategies with overall company goals.
  • Proven skills with Microsoft Office and/or Google Business Apps, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
