Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
• Utilize tools such as scheduling software for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is free of errors and aligns with brand voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies to keep our social media presence relevant.
• Manage photography and graphic design tasks to create visually appealing content.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or related field.
• Strong skills in content creation, including video editing and graphic design using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Adobe Premier, Splice, Canva, etc.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools to track performance metrics.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Knowledge of current trends in social media marketing and best practices.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A passion for storytelling through digital mediums is highly desirable.
