About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms. The Social Media Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement, manage and optimize our social media profiles across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms. They will create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, using tools like Adobe Illustrator. Additionally, the manager will utilize a content calendar to schedule and monitor social media posts, ensuring consistency and timeliness. The role requires conducting thorough research to identify trending topics and hashtags, and incorporating them into our content strategy. Collaboration with the public relations team is essential to ensure alignment with our overall marketing strategy. The Social Media Manager will analyze and report on social media metrics, using data to inform future content decisions. They will also conduct video editing and proofreading to ensure the highest quality of content, develop and maintain relationships with our audience to foster a sense of community and drive brand loyalty, and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our social media strategy. Furthermore, the manager will assist in the development of targeted social media campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions, ensuring all social media content aligns with our brand's values and messaging. Lastly, they will develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic search traffic and participate in brainstorming sessions with the content creation team to develop innovative and engaging content ideas.

Requirements
