About the position

The Social Media Manager at ZAGG Brands will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy for the company's top brands, ZAGG and Mophie. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth through innovative content and community management across various social media platforms. The manager will collaborate with marketing teams, oversee influencer campaigns, and ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Develop a content calendar and ensure timely publication of posts.
  • Lead the development of seasonal and evergreen influencer campaigns to tell unique brand stories, expand reach and engagement.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages across all platforms.
  • Foster a positive and engaging online community.
  • Define clear, aggressive goals and metrics to track the performance of social marketing channels focused on driving follower growth, engagement, and sales.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all social media content aligns with the company's brand voice and guidelines.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
  • Work with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify new opportunities for innovation and growth on social media.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing social media channels, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and growth.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
