About the position

The Social Media Manager at Gypsy Circus Cider Company is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. This part-time role involves creating and curating content across various platforms, monitoring interactions, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with teams to maintain brand consistency. The position requires a strong understanding of social media trends and tools, as well as the ability to produce high-quality visual content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels
• Analyze social media data and insights to optimize performance and identify trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
• Travel to Oak Ridge TN and sometimes Kingsport TN for content creation

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite
• Strong photography skills with the ability to capture high-quality images for social media posts
• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track social media performance
• Basic video editing skills to create engaging video content for social media platforms
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and advertising techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
