Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand's voice and goals.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities; respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Conduct research to identify new trends in digital marketing and social media management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, public relations, and design to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics; prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Manage relationships with influencers and other partners to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and trends effectively.
• Excellent relationship management skills; ability to build rapport with team members, clients, and influencers.
• Knowledge of public relations strategies as they relate to social media campaigns is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
