In this role, the Social Media Manager will create and manage account schedules that support commercial strategy objectives, coordinating all necessary assets, copy, and links to meet deadlines. The individual will generate, edit, publish, and launch social media campaigns while monitoring accounts daily to engage with customers and followers through comments and interactions on owned feeds and relevant brand feeds. Maintaining the aesthetic and tone of social media accounts in accordance with brand style guide standards and commercial strategy priorities is essential. Staying current with social media trends, technologies, design tools, and applications is vital for making informed recommendations for social media strategies. The Social Media Manager will also suggest and implement innovative features to enhance brand awareness, such as giveaways, collaborations, and follower engagement prompts. Supporting the overall customer experience by providing social media prompts that align with Store Operations objectives is a key responsibility, along with offering social media guidelines and best practices to store operations. Additionally, the role involves sourcing effective user-generated content (UGC) for repurposing, managing permissions, and organizing asset galleries. Monitoring overall social performance and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive positive results is crucial. Effective communication with all stakeholders, including the Commercial Strategy team and leadership, is necessary to ensure alignment and success in social media initiatives.
