Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversions.
• Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms that highlights vehicles, promotions, and dealership events.
• Design and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to promote specific vehicles and sales events.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
• Organize and manage social media contests, giveaways, and promotions.
• Assist in the creation of online advertisements and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for driving sales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
