As Social Media Manager for Zelis, you will lead all operations related to Zelis' presence across social media to increase brand awareness through dynamic, digital storytelling. Your role will involve managing an editorial calendar built strategically in partnership with Brand, Content, and Business Marketing teams, with the intent of reaching healthcare decision makers, industry analysts, influencers, media, and future hires. You will analyze engagement, conversation, and sentiment data to report on momentum, identify trends, manage brand reputation, and build an online community. Additionally, you will lead, manage, and report on the success of our associate advocacy program using an integrated platform. You will also assist our leadership in developing and expanding their online social presence. Location and Workplace Flexibility: We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
