About the position

The Social Media Manager at LFG Homes is responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the brand's presence and engage the audience. This part-time role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, content creation, and graphic design to produce compelling content across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
• Utilize social listening tools to gather insights on audience preferences and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in public relations or managing brand reputation online.
• Ability to conduct effective social listening to gauge audience sentiment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences through compelling storytelling.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
