About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms. This role is crucial in promoting our mission of creating cohousing communities for neurodivergent and non-neurodivergent individuals across North America, addressing the loneliness epidemic.

Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community growth
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging content
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

• Proficiency in using social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Excellent content creation and proofreading abilities
• Familiarity with video editing tools
• Knowledge of public relations and relationship management techniques
