As Social Media Manager for Zelis, you will lead all operations related to Zelis' presence across social media to increase brand awareness through dynamic, digital storytelling. This role is pivotal in managing an editorial calendar that is strategically built in partnership with the Brand, Content, and Business Marketing teams. The primary goal is to effectively reach healthcare decision makers, industry analysts, influencers, media, and potential hires. You will analyze engagement, conversation, and sentiment data to report on momentum, identify trends, manage brand reputation, and build an online community. Additionally, you will lead, manage, and report on the success of our associate advocacy program using an integrated platform. Your responsibilities will also include assisting our leadership in developing and expanding their online social presence. Location and Workplace Flexibility: We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
