Responsibilities

• Act as the face of our brand, embodying our values and mission
• Promote our products or services at events, trade shows, and other marketing activations
• Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, answering questions and providing product information
• Create and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty
• Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and develop strategies to reach them effectively
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
• Utilize social media platforms to generate buzz and increase brand visibility
• Assist with the organization and execution of marketing events, including setup, teardown, and logistics
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market trends

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles, and market research techniques
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software is a plus
• Strong social media management skills with a deep understanding of various platforms
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online advertising strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers and represent the brand professionally
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for marketing
