About the position

The position involves developing and curating content for various social media channels under the guidance of the Digital Content and Marketing Manager. The role focuses on enhancing the company's online presence and engagement through strategic content creation and management across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and curate content across owned and earned social channels including Facebook, Twitter, and blogs.
  • Create, manage, and grow the company's presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with teams to create content for affinity partners and track initiatives using SalesForce.
  • Utilize measurement tools to provide progress reports and insights, continuously improving metrics through testing.
  • Assist in managing social media ad buys with direction from the Digital Content and Marketing Manager.
  • Make occasional content updates to the WordPress site.

Requirements

  • Experience in social media content creation and management.
  • Familiarity with measurement tools for social media analytics.
  • Proficiency in using SalesForce for tracking initiatives.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress for content updates.
