About the position

The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies and managing our social media presence. This role combines creativity with analytical skills to drive brand awareness, engage with clients, and support our real estate agents. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to practice real estate, providing a unique blend of marketing and industry expertise. The position requires a proactive approach to social media management, where the coordinator will develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The role also involves creating and curating engaging content, monitoring social media channels, responding to inquiries, and analyzing performance metrics to improve outcomes. In terms of marketing strategy and execution, the coordinator will design and execute campaigns to promote listings, open houses, and company events. Collaboration with real estate agents is essential to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email newsletters. The coordinator will also manage online advertising efforts, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities is also a key responsibility. Content creation and management are vital aspects of this role, where the coordinator will write and edit content for the company website, blog, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency of brand messaging across all marketing materials. Coordination with photographers and graphic designers will be necessary to produce high-quality visuals. Furthermore, maintaining an active real estate license and engaging in real estate transactions as needed will leverage the coordinator's real estate knowledge to enhance marketing strategies and provide valuable insights. The coordinator will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media efforts, providing regular updates and recommendations to improve marketing performance. Responsibilities

Requirements
