About the position

The Social Media Marketing Coordinator at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health is responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns aimed at enhancing brand engagement and driving revenue growth. This role involves collaboration with marketing and sales professionals to create compelling content and manage various social media platforms effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Alleviant's social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including writing and producing images and videos for social media posts and advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency of social media posts and campaigns with Alleviant's branding.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer, Communications Manager, and marketing representatives to brainstorm and research ideas for original content.
  • Help coordinate weekly, monthly, and annual editorial calendars for social media content.
  • Track campaign performance and engagement to identify successful strategies and optimize content.
  • Research and implement the latest social media marketing trends and technologies.
  • Assist in creating and editing short-form videos and conducting photo/video content shoots.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar role managing social media accounts.
  • Familiarity with layout and design programs and requirements for various social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Organized and self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver who works well in a team environment.
  • Website maintenance experience is a plus.
