The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in crafting cohesive and intentional marketing strategies that provide our clients with a competitive edge in their respective industries. In this role, you will assist in planning and producing content and visual materials for various marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, email promotions, and advertisements. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create both short and long-form content that aligns with our clients' brand ethos and goals. Additionally, you will oversee the management of multiple brands' social media accounts, ensuring that all content is engaging and reflective of the brand's voice. As a key player in our team, you will spearhead innovative projects, events, and photoshoots, and partner with the Influencer Marketing team to ensure successful product and collection launches. You will also be responsible for providing management with key performance indicators and metrics related to social media, presenting suggestions for growth based on data analytics. Your organizational skills will be essential as you prepare marketing decks, trend reports, and other supporting documents for product launches. Furthermore, you will facilitate exemplary customer service through emails and direct messages, support team members across departments, and assist the E-Commerce team with online inventory and order fulfillment.
