About the position

The Social Media & Marketing Manager at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates is responsible for enhancing the brand's presence across various social media platforms. This role involves creating and managing content that communicates the brand's purpose and services, ensuring a consistent and engaging message that resonates with current and potential patients. The position requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to drive brand recognition and engagement in the cosmetic surgery field.

Responsibilities

  • Meet daily with the Marketing Director to review social media schedule/posts/events/vendor meetings
  • Design appropriate social media posts according to the set social schedule and branding guide
  • Schedule all social posts, stories, videos, highlights, blogs, galleries, and email blasts
  • Provide live event coverage/interviews/video shooting/editing & uploading
  • Ensure brand consistency in social media messages, adhering to marketing guidelines
  • Collect customer data and analyze interactions and visits to create comprehensive reports on social media growth
  • Expand company social media presence into new platforms and increase presence on existing platforms
  • Create engaging written and graphic content for email blasts, print ads, and blogs
  • Attend meetings with external marketing vendors
  • Oversee social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for social media growth and lead generation
  • Respond to inbound social media traffic and engage new potential patients
  • Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends
  • Measure web traffic and monitor SEO, PPC
  • Create brochures and materials to educate the community about services
  • Maintain and update the website as needed
  • Create content for advertising
  • Participate and coordinate social events for the MedSpa and Surgery Center

Requirements

  • Experience in a production role with an emphasis on consumer marketing
  • Demonstrated experience working on social media campaigns
  • Competent graphic design skills in Canva or ability to learn quickly
  • Working knowledge of scheduling platforms and graphic design tools
  • Attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and evolve in creative and analytical aspects

Nice-to-haves

  • Medical social media and marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, keyword research, and Google Analytics
