Americolor, a growing Print Media Manufacturing Company, is seeking a full-time Social Media and Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will be highly organized, capable of working both independently and as part of a team, and will possess a positive attitude along with excellent communication skills. Punctuality and a professional demeanor are essential. A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Media Communications, or equivalent industry experience is required. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Art and Design, Advertising and Brand Development, and Graphic Design. A solid understanding of Internet Technologies, website building and updating (including HTML and WordPress), as well as familiarity with standard applications and file formats (Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, Excel, Word, JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.) is necessary. The candidate should also be eager to learn and adapt as technology evolves. The responsibilities of the Social Media and Marketing Manager will include managing the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, and the company website. This includes updating press releases for all brands. The manager will also be responsible for enforcing branding standards, including the standardization of logos, style guides, and images for all customer-facing visibility. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and planning trade show events, including booth design, travel, and staffing, and being present at several trade shows throughout the year. The manager will keep up with email marketing efforts, which includes updating database lists, uploading and updating marketing lists, and creating email advertisements in coordination with the sales team. Furthermore, the manager will constantly evaluate new technology and marketing trends, utilizing projections, marketing metrics, server log files, SEO, and other relevant tools to assess the cost-effectiveness of individual marketing campaigns and systems. Finally, the manager will recommend and implement strategies for more effective marketing campaigns across all relevant channels.
