About the position

We are looking to hire a talented, passionate, and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at our Anti-Aging Medical Clinic. As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales through engaging videos. Your role will involve creating and assembling recorded film and video footage, applying artistic editing techniques, and creating finished, broadcast-worthy projects on all our social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. You will also be tasked with developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy, performing Instagram, Facebook, and Google Paid Ads, and staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Additionally, you will monitor SEO web traffic metrics and user engagement, suggesting content optimization based on your findings. Defining the most important social media KPIs will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous work experience as a videographer, video editor, and social media marketing manager.
  • Experience as a Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
  • Hands-on experience with editing software.
  • Creative and artistic skills with a portfolio of completed videos and social media posts.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google, and other social media KPIs.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Great leadership skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
