About the position

We are seeking an effective Social Media, Marketing Manager & Client Care Coordinator to join our busy real estate team. This role is essential in enhancing our team's online presence and engaging with our clients through various social media platforms, physical publications & face-to-face events. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of content creation, social media management, and database nurturing to ensure that our messaging resonates with our target audience while keeping us top of mind with our past clients and sphere of influence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and feedback to inform content strategy and improve engagement.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of content across search engines.
  • Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand voice.
  • Basic website updates with new listings and new content.
  • Attend photography shoots at homes for use in social media campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Plan and implement quarterly client appreciation events.
  • Maintain client database accuracy and nurture for future business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in content creation, including writing, photography, and graphic design.
  • Familiarity with SEO techniques and their application in social media strategies.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar design tools.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
  • A passion for staying current with social media trends and digital marketing innovations.
