About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Social Media Marketer to manage the social media presence for multiple organizations under OrangeTree Management. This full-time, on-site position involves overseeing all aspects of social media marketing, from content creation to analytics, with a focus on increasing brand awareness and audience engagement through creative campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a content calendar for multiple organizations to ensure timely and consistent social media posts.
  • Create, edit, and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct on-site photoshoots and video shoots to capture high-quality, behind-the-scenes content that showcases each brand, its services, and its company culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, new features, and platform updates to ensure fresh and relevant content.
  • Oversee and manage all social media accounts for multiple organizations, ensuring brand consistency in voice, tone, and aesthetics across all platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with the online community by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content to build strong relationships with followers.
  • Attend and participate in all business-related events to capture real-time content for social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Develop campaigns to promote key services, events, and promotions, identifying target audiences and creating resonant content.
  • Manage both organic and paid social media efforts to grow followers and increase engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
  • Work closely with influencers, partners, and customers to promote the brands and expand reach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with the ability to manage multiple brands or organizations simultaneously.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to create visually appealing, on-brand content.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with photography, videography, and basic editing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time and actively participate in all business events to capture live content.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with videography and photography tools.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
