Our business spans several exciting lines of business, including dental practices, implant sales, seminar sales, and specialty software solutions. You will play a key role in managing and executing marketing strategies across all platforms, helping us stay at the forefront of the digital space while expanding our brand. As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies for multiple lines of business, including dental practices, implant sales, seminars, and software products. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content that aligns with our brand's vision and goals across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring analytics. Additionally, you will monitor, engage, and respond to social media comments, messages, and customer feedback to maintain a positive digital presence. Collaboration with other departments will be essential as you promote special events, webinars, and educational seminars. You will analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report progress to leadership. Working with designers and videographers to create high-quality multimedia content will also be part of your role. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies is crucial, as is assisting in developing branding strategies and marketing campaigns for new products and services. You will also contribute to email marketing, paid advertising strategies, and website content management as needed.
