About the position

The Social Media & Marketing Manager for Four Square Corp will play a pivotal role in enhancing the marketing strategies for a multi-concept hospitality venue located in Studio City, CA. Reporting directly to the Vice President and collaborating closely with the Director of Sales, this position is responsible for developing and implementing rewards programs across various platforms. The primary goal is to elevate the market presence, customer engagement, and social media content of the venue. This role requires a deep understanding of acquisition marketing, conversion-rate optimization, and the ability to run iterative tests throughout the marketing funnel. The manager will utilize data-driven strategies to improve key performance metrics, ensuring that marketing efforts align with the company's revenue goals. In addition to managing paid search and social media campaigns, the Social Media & Marketing Manager will oversee user experience, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization. The role also includes administrative sales duties, such as handling contracts and providing coverage for the Director of Sales when necessary. The manager will work with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Culinary, and Sales, to establish growth strategies that support Four Square Corp's objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to building and designing landing pages, leveraging owned media to enhance customer retention, and promoting loyalty and referral programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, be able to analyze data to monitor revenue performance, and have a passion for improving the customer funnel. The schedule will include two days of in-venue content shoots, which may occur during nights, weekends, and holidays, along with three in-venue workdays. Candidates with comprehensive hospitality marketing experience are preferred, particularly those who have a proven track record of successful campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid search and social acquisition channels with a focus on profitable return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Update and create creative copy using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Develop and enhance referral and loyalty programs.
  • Optimize email campaigns and flows.
  • Work through traditional marketing platforms and campaigns.
  • Test incremental updates and assess their impact on the overall funnel.
  • Track key metrics such as reach, engagement rates, and conversions to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click rates, and overall conversions.
  • Prepare and present results, recommendations, and reports to functional teams and executives.
  • Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports.
  • Order and maintain in-house marketing supplies.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish growth strategies that support revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Display Ads.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in hospitality marketing, with a strong growth track record and samples of past campaigns.
