The Marketing / Creative - Manager role at Robert Half focuses on developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and community engagement. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and build a community.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure posts are authentic, informative, and appealing for each unique platform.
  • Collaborate with the in-house videographer and brand team to produce engaging content.
  • Monitor and optimize social media performance by setting targets, tracking, reporting, and adjusting based on learnings.
  • Act as the liaison between the brand and audience, maintaining the brand's voice, tone, and moderation across various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to align social media strategy with evolving business goals and uphold brand consistency and values.
  • Utilize social media channels for promotions and campaigns.
  • Engage in budget processes and KPI reporting for marketing projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with retail and e-commerce partners to increase sales across both platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing or creative management role
  • Proficiency in reporting and KPI reporting
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and practices
  • Experience with budget processes and financial planning
  • Knowledge of time management and calendar management tools
  • Expertise in social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook Insights
  • Experience in production, particularly video production
  • Familiarity with retail and e-commerce applications
  • Ability to manage brand awareness campaigns and promotions
  • Experience in liaising and building partnerships
  • Knowledge of optimization techniques for marketing strategies
  • Excellent collaborative skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to execute marketing plans and strategies effectively
  • Proficiency in using laptop hardware and other technological tools
  • Knowledge of different social media channels and their effective utilization for marketing
  • Strong understanding of conductivity in the context of marketing
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
