The Social Media Marketing Manager at Nisum is responsible for developing and executing global marketing plans that maximize business and brand impact through effective social media strategies. This role involves collaboration across various functions to create high-quality marketing campaigns, managing analytics and reporting, and ensuring effective budget utilization for social media marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop global marketing plans for greatest business and brand impact, considering consumer understanding and brand health metrics.
• Collaborate across functions and markets to create effective social media marketing campaigns.
• Execute campaign buys and optimizations across multiple platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Snap, and YouTube.
• Partner with internal creative teams and external partners to deliver impactful creative work.
• Manage analytics and reporting for social media marketing activities, collaborating with internal marketing and analytics teams.
• Track social media marketing budgets and ensure effective budget use, meeting efficiency targets.
• Work with finance and operations on budget forecasting and actualizing, ensuring timely SOWs and contracts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in social media marketing, preferably in the consumer internet space.
• Significant experience collaborating with product, creative, growth marketing, and data analytics functions.
• Deep experience in delivering social media marketing campaigns supported by brand, communications, media, and data strategy.
• Strong passion for creative excellence and storytelling through social media.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a keen visual sense and attention to detail.
