About the position

Wesley Wellness Club is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media, Marketing, and Event Manager to lead digital and in-person communication efforts. This role involves creating, managing, and executing content strategies across various platforms, as well as planning and coordinating community events. The ideal candidate should have a passion for wellness and experience in event planning, with a focus on building community engagement through strategic marketing and memorable events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand values and marketing goals.
• Create and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments to foster community around wellness topics.
• Stay updated with social media trends to optimize content for reach and engagement.
• Create content for email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Design in-studio marketing materials to drive member engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to improve future efforts.
• Plan, organize, and execute wellness events, workshops, and special member activities.
• Collaborate with event partners to ensure successful event promotion and participation.
• Create event-related marketing materials and social media promotions to boost attendance.
• Oversee content calendars for social media, marketing campaigns, and event promotions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, and event planning, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with members, staff, and partners.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Canva and Adobe Suite for designing visuals.
• Knowledge of SEO and content strategy.
