About the position

Clétte, a growing startup in the women's underwear industry, is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. This part-time, hybrid role is critical in developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content creation, research, post planning, and digital advertising across various social channels, working closely with the marketing team to align social efforts with Clétte's overall brand strategy and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and support Clétte's growth in the market.
  • Create, curate, and manage a wide range of content (images, video, copy) that resonates with our target audience of women aged 20-50, enhancing the Clétte brand presence.
  • Conduct research on competitor brands and social strategies, identifying key opportunities for Clétte to differentiate and grow in the industry.
  • Plan and oversee content creation, ensuring the content aligns with Clétte's visual identity and growth goals.
  • Manage the social media content calendar, utilizing tools for post scheduling and monitoring key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the founder closely, to ensure that social media initiatives align with Clétte's overall marketing campaigns and expansion plans.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve Clétte's online presence and support business growth.
  • Oversee graphic design projects to produce engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Conduct SEO research to optimize the visibility of social media posts, helping to increase Clétte's reach as we grow.
  • Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to build community and brand loyalty.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to enhance engagement and growth as Clétte continues to expand.
  • Work with the founder to input the content into meta business suite to run targeted ads on Instagram and Facebook.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms, ideally within a fashion, lifestyle, or related startup environment.
  • Strong content creation and graphic design skills; proficiency in Canva or Adobe is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices to boost content visibility and drive growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience with web analytics tools to track performance and optimize social strategies for growth.
