About the position

RollHouse Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media / Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans across various channels. This role focuses on attracting potential customers and retaining existing ones, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing, social media platforms, and strong content creation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, social media, email, and events.
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and feedback, responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content ensuring it aligns with brand awareness and engages target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team, providing guidance and support of departmental goals.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, operations, and other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficient in marketing software (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM tools, and WordPress).
  • Experience with budget management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
  • Previous experience in a relevant industry/sector.
