About the position

The Social Media Marketing Manager at RCP America, Inc. is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive the company's growth. This role requires a creative individual who can produce engaging content for various social media platforms and oversee performance marketing campaigns. The position is based in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone passionate about marketing innovation and results-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Collaborate with the media team to develop effective sales materials
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, and content marketing
• Monitor and analyze brand performance using analytics tools
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
• Post to social media multiple times per week and maintain best social media practices
• Design merchandise, including graphic tees, hats, and other marketing materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of Graphic Design/Marketing or a related field, or Associate Degree and 5+ years of Marketing or Social Media Management experience preferred
• Proficient with PC systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud) - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier - plus basic video production and photography
• In-depth knowledge of performance marketing strategies and tactics
• Experience creating online content across a variety of platforms
• Experience with analytics platforms to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights
• Strong understanding of marketing best practices and tools
