About the position

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for enhancing the online presence of a premier orthodontic office in San Ramon, CA. This role focuses on creating and implementing effective social media strategies to attract new patients and engage the community. The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional orthodontic care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic social media plan that aligns with our business goals.
• Create and publish engaging and visually appealing content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Post at least 3 times per week and respond promptly to patient reviews on platforms like Yelp.
• Manage and grow our social media following organically.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with our team to maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Keep our website up-to-date with current promotions, office news, and patient testimonials.
• Stay current with social media trends, updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and engagement techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative and innovative approach to storytelling.
• Strong analytical skills to measure, evaluate, and report on social media performance.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
