About the position

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist / Videographer at NappStar, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our salon's online presence and promoting our brand through engaging content. Your primary responsibility will be to capture high-quality images and videos of our clients and salon activities, ensuring that we showcase the best aspects of our services. You will be expected to come up with creative content ideas and strategies that keep our brand at the forefront of social media trends. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a strong understanding of social media dynamics to effectively engage our audience and drive sales. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing all social media campaigns, designing and maintaining our social media presence, and focusing on strategies that convert to sales. You will need to communicate effectively with stylists to ensure that client content is captured in a way that reflects our brand's image and values. Your ability to create engaging content quickly, such as Instagram stories, Reels, and TikTok videos, will be essential as we aim to produce content throughout the day. Additionally, you will measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing their effectiveness against established goals. Implementing new and creative growth strategies will be part of your responsibilities, as will collaborating with internal teams to optimize the client experience. A keen eye for design and brand compatibility is crucial, as is proficiency in editing to ensure that all content meets our high standards.
