About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence, engage audiences, and drive meaningful interactions across multiple platforms and all six Edelbrock Group brands. This role will focus on creating high-quality content, executing data-driven campaigns, and optimizing engagement to enhance brand awareness while aligning with our broader marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter) to maximize engagement and brand visibility.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content (graphics, videos, and copy) tailored to each platform, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions) to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Engage with followers and foster community growth by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely, authentic manner.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by researching emerging social media tools, platform updates, and best practices to continuously enhance engagement and reach.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) for producing engaging visuals and multimedia/video assets.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently or collaboratively.
