About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent graphic design skills, and proficiency in various software tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator.
• Collaborate with our various business units to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Utilize photography skills to capture high-quality images for use in social media posts.
• Edit videos for promotional content and social media sharing.
• Proofread all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong graphic design abilities.
• Familiarity with web design principles and best practices.
• Experience in photography and video editing is highly desirable.
• Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
