Responsibilities

  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring social media channels.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce initiatives through targeted social media campaigns.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Utilize Adobe Illustrator for creating visually appealing graphics that enhance social media posts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a strong emphasis on social media management.
