Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
• Create compelling video content through all stages of production including pre-production, filming, and post-production using tools like Final Cut Pro.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and engage with followers to foster community interaction.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement rates.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing.
• Strong understanding of videography techniques and color theory to enhance visual storytelling.
• Experience in sales-oriented content creation that drives conversions.
• Knowledge of journalism principles to create authentic and engaging narratives.
• Familiarity with photo editing software such as Capture One/Cap Cut for high-quality image production.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
