About the position

The Social Media Planning and Strategy Manager is a senior-level role focused on developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives. Responsibilities

  • Craft long-term and tactical social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snap, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and WeChat.
  • Provide strategic guidance for the creation of engaging content tailored to each platform in collaboration with the design team.
  • Lead the development and management of the editorial strategy and calendar for owned and sponsored content.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on social media campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine social media strategies.
  • Serve as a key resource for social media expertise, offering insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee training and quality assurance for the Social Specialist to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Guide the Social Specialist in community management, ensuring consistent strategic responses to follower queries and reviews.
  • Deliver comprehensive campaign analysis and social listening reports to the media team.

Requirements
