The Social Media Planning and Strategy Manager is a strategic leadership role focused on developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives. Responsibilities

  • Craft long-term and tactical social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snap, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, WeChat, and more, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Provide strategic guidance for the creation of engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform, collaborating with the in-house design team.
  • Lead the development and management of the editorial strategy and calendar for owned and sponsored content, focusing on strategic content planning and publishing.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to refine and enhance social media strategies.
  • Serve as a key resource for social media expertise, offering strategic insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee the training and provide quality assurance for the Social Specialist, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Guide the Social Specialist in monitoring and responding to follower queries and customer reviews, ensuring strategic consistency in community management.
  • Keep abreast of current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications to inform strategic decisions.
  • Deliver comprehensive campaign analysis and social listening reports to the media team.
