We are seeking a Social Media/Public Relations Manager for an onsite full-time role in Cherry Hill, NJ. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in public relations, particularly within the restaurant and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of PR experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, along with video and photo editing skills, is essential. The candidate must currently be working in a similar role at the time of application. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative talent attraction and recruitment strategies. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Collaborating with various departments to understand their hiring needs and developing tailored recruitment plans will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices while utilizing and optimizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. As the Public Relations Manager, your duties will include creating and managing social media posts, developing strategies for engagement, and monitoring customer reviews and ratings. You will be tasked with storytelling and marketing the company's values, mission, and offerings through various channels. Additionally, you will coordinate press releases, media kits, and build relationships with partner vendors, community partners, or influencers. Organizing promotional events or programs will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the company’s presence in the hospitality industry is both engaging and effective.
