• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Schedule, post, and monitor content to ensure a consistent online presence.
• Respond to messages and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and service team to capture real-time content.
• Track and report on social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Print and prepare paperwork for customers.
• Walk customers through the paperwork process and direct where to sign.
• Scan and upload records.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (Required).
• Ability to commute to Willow Grove, PA 19090 (Required).
• Ability to relocate to Willow Grove, PA 19090 before starting work (Required).
