Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for multiple social media platforms.
• Collaborate with various departments on client projects.
• Measure and optimize content based on analytics.
• Assist in developing social media program initiatives to improve community size and engagement.
• Communicate daily with the team to maintain awareness of updates and offerings.
• Research and implement new social strategies, tools, and tactics as they develop.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred).
• 1 year of agency-level social media marketing experience (required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments and multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with social networking sites and social media management tools.

Nice-to-haves
