About the position

The Social Media Specialist at MSK Enterprise Inc. is responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand presence and drive audience engagement. This role involves content creation, community management, and performance analysis to optimize social media campaigns and support product launches and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand presence and drive engagement.
• Create, schedule, and manage content (images, videos, reels, stories, posts) tailored to each platform to enhance audience interaction and brand visibility.
• Manage daily engagement activities, including responding to comments, messages, and interactions to foster community and customer loyalty.
• Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on growth, engagement, and conversion rates to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate on social media campaigns to promote new product launches, events, and promotions, with a focus on driving traffic and sales.
• Research and work with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand recognition and expand reach.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, ensuring the brand remains competitive and relevant.
• Implement social media ads and manage budgets to achieve maximum reach and engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
• Deep understanding of each platform's algorithms, tools, and best practices.
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, photography, and basic video editing.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and deliver on deadlines.
• Creative thinker with an eye for visual aesthetics and detail-oriented approach.
