About the position

The Social Media Specialist at Coegi is responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns across various platforms. This role involves executing innovative campaigns, analyzing performance, and developing best practices for social media management. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and client-facing interactions to ensure successful campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and manage media campaigns on social platforms to ensure success throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Monitor pacing and performance of client media campaigns across all social platforms.
  • Participate in training across multiple social media platforms.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance for client media campaigns, including client interactions.
  • Review campaign status and performance with internal account team members and clients as needed.
  • Provide social execution expertise and research for internal account team members and assist in new business efforts.
  • Participate in the development of client presentations in collaboration with Client Services and Account Strategy Director.
  • Promote Coegi's external marketing by developing blogs, white papers, and case studies.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of hands-on digital campaign management experience in social media, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter.
  • Familiarity with both direct-response and branding campaigns.
  • Self-starter with a commitment to ongoing education in digital marketing.
  • Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; client-facing experience is a plus.
  • High deductive reasoning skills with the ability to problem-solve and think creatively.
  • Ability to work within a team environment while managing multiple projects with deadlines.
