We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Strategist and Content Creator to elevate our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional skills in content creation, video editing, and luxury-focused branding. They are experienced in managing social media platforms, crafting innovative strategies, and producing visually compelling content that resonates with a high-end audience. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement and brand visibility in the competitive real estate market. In this role, you will focus on executing and managing our social media marketing efforts overseen by our Director of Marketing. Candidate must be based in Miami.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn), creating engaging content to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Capture, produce and edit high-quality video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) tailored to brand promotion and engagement with a strong eye for elevated luxury branding and aesthetic.
  • Attend agent property tours and company events to capture and develop content, including high-quality photography and videography.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling real estate-focused videos, posts, and stories including property tours, agent spotlights, leadership interviews, event coverage, brand campaigns, and more.
  • Oversee social media strategy under the direction of the Director of Marketing, ensuring alignment with company objectives to maximize target audience reach and engagement.
  • Develop and present quarterly content strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, attracting potential clients, listing promotion, and enhancing agent recruitment.
  • Produce copy, source images, and collaborate with team members to ensure all content is consistent with the brand's identity.
  • Coordinate with marketing colleagues to maximize the impact of social media marketing efforts and provide detailed briefs to the design team for content creation.
  • Work closely with our social media vendor to ensure execution per their scope of work.
  • Manage posts across platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and branding.
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager of Brand Communications on social media posts for the CEO and President's social media strategy.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to inform future strategy and optimize results.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
  • Collect and analyze data on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Partner and Collaborate with the Director of Digital Strategy to track and analyze the effectiveness of social media marketing campaigns, monitoring website traffic, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Assist in creating monthly reports to assess performance and suggest improvements based on data using Sprout Social, our social media analytics platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video projects and social media success stories.
  • 3+ years’ experience in content creation, editing, and production for social media.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong photography skills.
  • Creative storytelling skills and the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques, social media marketing, and online tools.
  • Experience in developing and managing paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Proficient in using social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot, and some Google Analytics.
  • Experience creating a content calendar to schedule, organize, and present to leadership for approval on content in a timely manner.
  • Creativity and passion for highly engaging digital content that drives engagement, following and sales.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of luxury branding and real estate marketing is a plus.
  • Understanding of audience engagement metrics and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a marketing professional skilled at creating, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
