About the position

As a Social Media Strategist & Content Creator at OneNest, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence. This position involves developing engaging bilingual content, managing community interactions, and growing our social media following across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of social media trends, with the ability to engage diverse online communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple accounts, aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
• Create engaging, bilingual content (posts, videos, graphics) that resonates with our followers and promotes brand awareness.
• Manage daily social media activities, including responding to direct messages, comments, and interacting with other accounts.
• Monitor social media channels, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging across platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct community outreach to build strong online relationships and increase brand visibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience within the marketing and social media space.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple social media accounts across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Strong creative skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse online community.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
