About the position

The Social Media Video Content Creator will be an integral part of the Master Spas in-house marketing team, responsible for creating engaging video content for social media and marketing initiatives. This role aims to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and contribute to the overall success of the company by leveraging impactful storytelling and effective content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create Reels and videos for social media that engage the audience with good storytelling, hooks, and effective CTAs.
• Edit existing RAW video file formats (Canon Raw, Blackmagic Raw, RED Raw, etc) to produce reels for social media. Experience with color grading preferred.
• Utilize research, data and analytics to drive performance-based decisions for content creation and marketing efforts.
• Ensure best SEO practices for digital content produced.
• Organize files, final videos, b roll, projects and archives.
• Participate in photoshoots and content creation events.
• Maintain tight schedules and deadlines.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video content creation and editing.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to create engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with video editing software and color grading.
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions.
