About the position

The Social Media Videographer at CJRW is a full-time role focused on capturing and editing engaging vertical video and short-form content for social media. This position is essential for marketing clients' brands and requires collaboration with the social media team to develop creative concepts and execute video projects from start to finish. The role involves frequent travel across Arkansas and occasional weekend assignments.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage and photography of outdoor locations and activities related to tourism in Arkansas.
• Conceptualize and execute creative video concepts that align with clients' brand and marketing goals.
• Collaborate closely with creative and other teams across the agency to achieve cohesive brand messaging.
• Shoot, edit, color correct, and archive footage.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve video quality and engagement.

Requirements

• Prior experience in videography and video editing is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Expertise in camera operation, lighting, sound, and post-production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
