About the position

The Social Media, Web Content, and Marketing Coordinator at NPCollege is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. This role involves creating engaging content across multiple platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing results. The coordinator will also engage with prospective students and assist with the college admissions process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) for social media, web, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends and their impact on the company's brand, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Research competitors and industry leaders for insights.
  • Manage the college's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Track and report on performance metrics for social media, website content, and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and inquiries, and manage the company's online reputation.
  • Identify and target potential students through various channels.
  • Occasionally conduct information sessions and presentations to educate about the college.
  • Assist with registration and orientation processes.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor's degree is preferred).
  • Proven minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Full familiarity with Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficient in graphic design, web content management, and some video editing software (e.g., WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media and digital marketing trends.
