This role involves gathering information from clients, managing referrals, and working closely with coworkers to support case files.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information from social security clients via phone and internet regarding new clients
  • Greet clients with a pleasant voice
  • Follow-up and manage the referral system
  • Work independently with attention to clients and cases
  • Ensure the best outcome for all parties associated with the practice
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiently
  • Send and receive emails via the internal email program
  • Collaborate with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of legal social security or business experience
  • Strong dedication to the best outcome for all parties associated with our practice
  • Ability to work independently and pay attention to clients and cases
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
