About the position

At Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Selling Content Creator to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a passion for social media, a knack for creating engaging content, and a drive to empower others in the organization to harness the power of social selling. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, engineering, and executive teams, to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive program to empower sellers, sales engineers, applications engineers, and executives to create effective social selling content. This includes providing training, resources, and support to help team members craft their own compelling social media posts and strategies. You will conduct workshops and one-on-one sessions to enhance social media skills across the organization. Additionally, you will produce high-quality, engaging social selling content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives. Utilizing various content formats including posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more, you will capture the attention of target audiences. Staying updated on the latest social media trends and incorporating them into content strategies will be crucial. You will also develop and manage a program to collaborate with third-party influencers, ensuring they create content that meets agreed-upon standards and objectives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers will be essential to maximize the impact of their content. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of influencer content, providing feedback and adjustments as needed, will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Strong understanding of social selling concepts and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with social media analytics and tools.

  • Established personal social media presence with a demonstrated ability to engage and grow an audience.
  • Experience in training or coaching others in social media best practices.
